Fast paced cardio circuit consisting of a 10 minute warm up and a 30 minute circuit. Packed with both strength and high intensity power moves that will keep you moving. Designed for all levels this is the most effective way to burn fat fast and tone your body all in a 45 minute workout! 

AB SCULPT

45 MINUTES

This low impact class will tone, firm, and burn fat in this total body workout. Designed to target small muscle groups using body weight, resistance bands, and light weights, you can expect to be challenged in a different way each class! 

AB CARDIO

55 MINUTES 

A longer more cardio based version of our signature AB Express, this class will keep you moving. Alternating between cardio based high intensity interval training and strength exercises involving moderate weights, jump ropes, kettle bells, treadmill and more. Burn fat and tone your body all in the same workout. 

AB STRENGTH

55 MINUTES 

Building a solid foundation based on strength is key for a well rounded workout. This workout is geared toward total body strength. 10 minute warm up followed by various weight based exercises . This workout will help you build strength, shed pounds, and improve your conditioning.

AB STATIONS 

45 MINUTES 

An AB original, AB Stations is structured the same for every class. You'll move through 10-12 stations, each 3 to 4 minutes with a partner. Using all muscle groups in diverse exercises during this class, expect to be challenged and expect to have fun. 

AB 30/30

60 MINUTES 

30 Minutes of AB Express Circuit and 30 Minutes of AB Ride or AB Sculpt. This class will send your heart rate and your calorie burn through the roof. Back to back classes designed for muscle confusion and to maximize cardio endurance. This unique class is the only of its kind and one of the most popular at AB Fitness.
